I'm excited to participate in St. Victoria Faith Formation. I understand that as a parent I play a pivotal role in the weekly faith formation session.

I'm excited to play that role I am aprehesive but eager to participate I am need more informaiton and I will call Emily 1st -5th grade and Ann 6th - 12th

Fees, Dates and Deadlines

We have the following Faith Formation programs at St. Victoria:

* Grades 1-5 - Wednesdays 6:00-7:15pm
* Grades 6-8 - Wednesdays 6:00-7:15pm
* Confirmation(High School) - Wednesdays 7:30-9:10pm

Registration fees and deadlines:

*Faith Formation (Grades 1-8) June 26-Aug 11 = $80, after Aug 12 =$100
*Faith Formaiton plus 1st Reconciliation & 1st Eucharist: June 26 -Aug 11 =$200, after Aug 12 = $230
*1st Reconciliation & 1st Eucharist (Catholic School Children ONLY) :June 26 -Aug 11 =$120, after Aug 12 = $130

*Confirmation Year One: June 26-Aug 11 = $150, after Aug 12 = $180
*Confirmation Year Two: June 26-Aug 11 = $200, after Aug 12 = $230

I/we further consent to the use of my child’s/children’s likeness and/or photo(s) by St. Victoria for use in instructional, informational or promotional materials/purposes. In the event of an emergency and I/we cannot be reached, I/we grant authorization for any necessary medical procedures that must be performed on my/our child.
